For French magazines (Point de Vue, Le Point, Connaissance des arts, La revue, Science Vie, Science & Vie Hors-série, Science & Vie Junior, Science & Vie Junior Hors-série, Science & Vie découvertes, Les Cahiers de Science & Vie, Guerres et Histoire) delivery is made from France by the publisher within 4-6 weeks.

Renewing a subscription has never been easier. You will receive a renewal notice
by mail shortly before the expiration of your subscription. This renewal notice
will indicate the total cost of your renewal. You will just have to complete and

section My Profile. Finally, you can also contact Customer Contact Center
to re-subscribe. Express Mag advises you to renew your subscription as soon as possible

we can to offer you a quality service. Please, however note that the complaints
for a missing issue must be made to us within the next 30 days of the date the magazine
is released on newsstands. Express Mag will handle your complaint within the limits
of available stocks.
For Key Accounts, claims must be made within 30 days of the magazine's release date on newsstands. Depending on the stock available, Express Mag will return a replacement copy and otherwise a credit note.
No credit note will be made if the claim issue exceeds the 30-day period
